Love this place!!! ALWAYS smiling, friendly, and polite employees. Everyone seems happy to be working here. I have NEVER had bad service or produce! Everything is always super fresh and not bruised! Great price for the amount of goods that you get!
Good quality produce. Polite and helpful people. Useful for the whole family. When I have items over abundance we plan a day so split it with family and it’s a perfect way to get produce without breaking the bank. Always have a good experience here.
Its always nice when you are provided with a little something extra in your order. Im very pleased and satisfied with the items I receive.
Produce are very fresh and the selection is very good.
I like the variety, sometimes there are items I would not reguliarly purchase, due being too pricy at the grocery store.
I've been getting the boxes for about two years now and I'm always satisfied with the value! The fruits and veggies are always great quality but it's the customer service I truly appreciate.

The box had beautiful fruits and picture perfect veggies…generous amount at a phenomenally reasonable price. Feasted on the tomatoes tonight, juicy, flavorful. Box was ready when we pulled into parking lot.Would love to have like a little surprise in the order, maybe a Spring Onion bundle or an apple or whatever you have lots of. Just a thought as who doesn’t like a surprise?! This is a great money saver and also a chance to try something we don’t buy at the grocery store. The choice of pick up days and times is a big bonus!

If there was a course for customer service, EFF should teach it to others. They are helpful, friendly efficient, and keep the customers needs in mind all the time. The order experience is easy items or packaged appropriately items are excellent quality. It makes it a lot easier to eat healthy when it’s a positive experience overall.

This was the first time I ordered a mystery combo box and I was really nervous because I was afraid I would get a bunch of stuff that I wouldn’t use but I was pleasantly surprised with sooooo many fruits and veggies that were perfectly ripe and ready to eat and everything was right up our alley in variety!
This box was amazing. First time picking up. Great process, great business, great experience. I will definitely do this again and recommend to others.

Everything I have ever received from EFF has been fantastic and of great quality- actually much better than is usually in the stores for a very good price.

Time after time I order from family fruit and it is beyond my expectations. Love the new Facebook page they have. Love the fruits and veggies I get and all the staff are welcoming. Lately the Mystery boxes have been packed with so many goodies that I have been able to share with the food bank!!

I bought strawberries a few years back and made strawberry jam with jalapenos. Ran out of jam and am back for more! I bought 4 cases plus added 20 lbs of cherries to the mix! Such sweet flavors!
The people at Everybodys family fruit are such kind and easy going people. They treat ypu like family. No bad attitudes, friendly conversation and just so polite. I have never met anyone there that was rude. Love ya guys!

Today’s mystery box was perfect for our family. The vegetables are so fresh and the fruit as well. Thank you for surprising me with fennel and leeks. Also the 8 lbs of strawberries are amazing. I was able to share the box with my sister and her family as well. Such a blessing.

Coming for a combo box has become a regular occurrence that I always look forward to. I drive from the other side of the city and it’s worth it! I love the quality and variety that differs in each box. I’m never disappointed. ☺️

I do really love the boxes but I do wish there were less bell peppers and more of different kind of veggies. I have so many bell peppers in my freezer and I try to share but people don't want them. I might have to stick with just the regular boxes instead of the mystery ones. 😊😉 but I love the quality of the items. ❤️ Thank you!!
I've never gotten a batch of anything with even a single spoiled piece. Can't get that at the grocery store. Plus the price is fabulous.
I'm disabled. And the kind people that bring out our order always offer to put our produce in the car for us. They're always so kind and thoughtful in how they load it thinking ahead to how I'm going to have to unload it. I couldn't ask for better.
I absolutely LOVE THE ORDERING WEBSITE. It’s great to know how much of an item you have available, ease of selecting a date for pick up, informing the team when I am on my way and arrival. Hats off to the EFF family for creative ways for consumers.
Just picked up another combo box, so much in it, I use and freeze what I can and give the rest away to friends and neighbors.
I’ve also ordered their lobster, large shrimp, salami, cheeses. It’s all been very good.
If I could change one thing it would be to list the mystery box contents AFTER it sells out, this way I wouldn’t hesitate to buy additional items, but I’m afraid to get with fear it may be in the box already.

It’s pretty fun to order a mystery box. They are always packed with a fun variety of fruits and veggies that I may not have picked initially but they are fun to use in new and exciting ways. I also like how it cuts down on my decision fatigue. I have no idea what’s in it and I can just leave it up to someone else to give me something to try 😅. Thank you EFF.
